- No reservation will be accepted and confirmed without a 50% deposit.
- Deposits by credit card will be effected with guests’ permission when details (card number, expiry date, last 3 digits on back of card) are provided.
- For direct bank deposits, our banking details will be supplied upon request.
- Reservations made by agents will be confirmed upon receipt of voucher. Invoices to be paid strictly within 30 days from date of invoice.
- A 50% cancellation fee will apply if reservation is cancelled 7 – 3days prior to expected arrival date
- Full 100% cancellation fee will apply if reservation cancelled within 72 hours prior to arrival date.
